The rules are:
 
Teams consist of 3 contestants, picked before the start of week 3.  
            
General scoring rules are:
 
-2 pts for a substitution
+1 pt for an appearance
+2 pts for winning the "technical challenge" (week 7 onwards)
+3 pts for being "star baker"
+5 pts for making the final three
+10 pts for the winner
